The Owen Group was founded in 1992 by Reed Wilson. Our first customer was the Provo School District, performing systems consulting. Reed also provided technology translation (the process of explaining technology and how it truly affects business) to CEOs in various industries. We rapidly grew into a collection of technology experts. As word got out about The Owen Group’s expertise in network operating systems and networks, contracts quickly grew into International contracts providing security audits, systems consulting, and negotiation of technology contracts.
